This is a free Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt for children with disabilities that are unable to participate in community Easter Egg Hunts due to mobility or psychological needs. It's put on by a group of 40 volunteers and the entire event is free for families. All special needs children and their siblings are invited to join with Havoc Squad in this small carnival atmosphere, and to participate in the hunt, get free cotton candy, balloons, face-painting, etc.
