Top Food and Drugs in Bellevue once again sponsored a Basic Needs Drive for Bellevue Lifespring (formerly the Overlake Service League). Almost a thousand dollars worth of goods and money were generously donated by the public for this local non-profit community organization.

The movie Fanboys opened in Seattle at the Cinerama with a midnight showing the night of Feb 5th/morning of Feb 6th. Garrison Titan and the Rebel Legion had a good turn out to support the movie. Sadly, there were more passer-bys on the street than fans at the movie.

Emerald City ComiCon, the premier comic book and pop culture convention of the Pacific Northwest! On April 4th and 5th, 2009 we will be presenting the 7th annual show which will be bigger and better than last year's triumphant debut at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.

Garrison Titan has become a regular participant of the 4th of July Parade in Edmonds, WA. This year there was a special appearance by Sandeman's daughter in her custom FoamTrooper costume. She stole the show from everyone else.

The Torchlight Parade is the finale in a long series of parades around the greater Seattle area under the auspices of Seafair, a Seattle summertime celebration. The parade is one of the original Seafair events dating to the 1951 centennial celebration.

Garrison Titan trooped two separate Toy Drives this year. The first drive was for Child's Play and raised a very impressive 14 shopping carts. On the 23rd of December, we trooped for Treehouse and raised a whopping 19 carts (5 carloads) of toys!
